The Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card - Terms of Use Agreement
The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of the Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card and Pizzeria Moretti Inc.
The use of any Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.
Use of Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card:
The Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card can only be used as a form of payment at participating Pizzeria Moretti restaurants.
The Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card allows the user to add dollars on the card for future purchases.
The amount on your Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Protect your Gift Card
Once you have purchased your Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card, you can register it online at www.pizzerisofia.ca to protect the balance on the card.
Your Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card is only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged gift card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.
Adding dollars to your Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card
You can add dollars to your Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card at any participating Pizzeria Moretti restaurant.
A minimum value of $10.00 is required per new Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card activation.
Gift Card Balances
You can obtain the balance of your Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card by visiting any participating Pizzeria Moretti restaurant and/or online at our website.
Any time you add dollars to a Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card, you will be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying the gift card’s new balance.
You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of your receipts for future reference if required.
Errors
Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating Pizzeria Moretti restaurant.
Pizzeria Moretti Inc. shall have no liability for any questionable transaction, as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating restaurant location.
No interest earnings on funds deposited onto a Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Pizzeria Moretti Inc.
We reserve the right not to accept, load or re-issue any Pizzeria Moretti Gift Card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.
Amendments to this Agreement
Pizzeria Moretti Inc. may amend the terms or conditions of this agreement at any time.
As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.PizzeriaMoretti.com.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.
Entire Agreement
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the card holder and Pizzeria Moretti Inc. and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
